100-day Coaching for New Role
Starting any Global Communities role, the hard way often means months or years of unfruitful effort. Failure is a good teacher, but it can also make you feel miserable. The first 100 days of a role are vitally important.
During this period, people form their views about the type of person you are and your priorities, values and style. Global Communities can assign a Coach with a higher proficiency level for your first 100 days. The coach can help you understand the role, navigate your way to success, accelerate your learning and get oriented, and match your approach to the situation. After the 100-day Coaching, you can continuously learn from other Community mentors.
Real-life Project Practices for Roles
We directly support innovative sustainability/social projects of different forms and at various stages of development for achieving Sustainable Development Goals. The funding strategy considers both efficiency and social/environmental good to bring about social change regarded as positive by proponents.

The funding support programs create real-life sustainability project opportunities for you to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging, and complex problem or challenge with deep and sustained attention.
