3 Stages of Record Application
Stage 1: Proposed Record Title
Submit the proposed record title you would like to apply for and submit the form.
If proposed record title (either set or break a record) is accepted, you will receive the Record-Breaking Logo with http://sdg.do/<record-id> and evidence guidelines.
Stage 2: Evidence for Reviewing
Once you've achieved the record, you can then upload the evidence online and your evidence will be reviewed.
Stage 3: Official Record Certificate
Official Record Certificate will be sent to your office by courier service.
